We are developing lisuride to be administered by an external pump that infuses lisuride under the skin to deliver continuous, stable levels of dopaminergic stimulation to treat advanced Parkinson’s disease. Clinical trials and compassionate use in over 450 patients in Europe have suggested that this method of lisuride delivery has the potential to address the severe motor symptoms associated with advanced Parkinson’s disease. Lisuride is currently undergoing clinical development in Europe as a subcutaneous infusion for advanced Parkinson’s disease. We are currently planning our first clinical trials of lisuride subcutaneous infusion.
